About
A growth operator, not a channel specialist.
Fifteen-plus years scaling digital commerce inside beauty and personal care — prestige, dermocosmetics, skincare, and CPG. I take a small number of fractional seats and own the growth system: DTC, Amazon, media strategy, retail media, and social commerce.

How we work
I own the growth operating system and the weekly decision cadence — including media strategy. Your internal leads still own execution. That includes Magento-to-Shopify Plus migrations when the stack is the constraint.
I start with a team SWOT — strengths, gaps, budget, and what you already pay for. From that I reshape the operating structure: keep the seats that work, add only cost-effective help, run agency RFPs, and train the in-house team on the skills the system actually needs. Mentorship and workflow efficiency sit in the same brief, not as a side workshop.
Amazon is a holistic operating strategy — 1P and 3P — not a listing add-on. On Sephora, Ulta, and Target the work is digital merchandising, content strategy and creation, and retail media — not offline stores.
